History
EOMAS has its roots in several joint international events preceded it. It started as a conference track of the Summer Computer Simulation Conference in 2000, continued as a joint workshop and finally emerged as an independent international event fully sponsored by the Association for Information Systems’ Special Interest Group on Modeling And Simulation (SIGMAS):
